Can I change my plan later?

Yes any time you can upgrade your plan.

Can I customize the app to fit my color scheme?

Yes, you can personalize the color scheme of the app to suit your business from “App Setting” module in your back office software panel.

Can I update content of my app?

We have provided “App-Settings” which is a back office software module to update content of pages like About Us, Terms & Conditions etc. You can also configure your social media accounts of your choice.

Can I update banners of my app?

Yes, through “App Setting” Module of back office software.

Do you provide logistic assistance, we don’t have team?

Yes we have tie-up with hyper local delivery provider i.e. Delhivery and Parcelled, we can put you in touch with right logistics providers after understanding your requirements.

Does app support COD?

With so many payment methods, we have also added option of COD (Cash On Delivery) so you can collect payment at the time of delivery.

Can my customer pay with app ?

Yes, your customer can pay you directly with your app and payment will directly go in your bank account. We have partnered with PayU gateway and we will activate it in your app to accept payments.

Is there any annual maintenance fee or other hidden charges?

No, there is no annual maintenance fee or hidden charges, we include everything in our monthly charges.
